Having successfully managed Architectural, Interior and Engineering teams, he has accomplished diverse projects in Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Corporate & Industrial sectors. With a focus on Operations & Project Management, Javed has developed processes and devised handbooks substantially enhancing project quality and efficiency.

Javed has worked closely with international Hotel Operators including Accor, Marriott, Rezidor, Hyatt, Hilton, Millennium and others on projects across the Middle East. Developers include DWTC, Wasl, DPG, Dulsco, MTK, Qatar PEO to name a few.

With 16 years of experience across the MENA region, Mohamed Riadh has a strong expertise in both Architecture and Interior Design from Concept to Handing over. Having worked with a multitude of renown Developers, Operators and Consultants in the region, Riadh has efficiently executed projects and deadlines. His experience in project execution renders practical insight to his design concepts, and has led him develop standardized design solutions for hotel brands.

Riadh has worked with international Hotel Operators including Hyatt, Accor, IHG, Rezidor, Millennium, and with key Developers including DWTC, Wasl, DPG, to name a few.

Ashraf has 20 years of comprehensive experience in Civil / Structural Design, Procurement & Construction. He has led and managed the overall Engineering scope, including MEP, Automation systems, etc. Well conversant with ASCE, AISC, ACI, BS & IS codes, his portfolio is diverse - from Residential, Commercial, Housing to Oil & Gas, Power Transmission & Distribution, Wind Energy and Power Generation.

Ashraf has worked closely with Municipalities in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and on numerous projects with Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Royal Commission, Maaden, etc.
